The restaurant

African Continental Cuisine – (AFCC) is a bustling restaurant in the heart of downtown Greensboro, NC. We are located at the corner of Belleamade and Green Street and indirectly overlooking the Marriot Hotel. AFCC is the perfect spot for your cocktails and appetizers in our warm and friendly bar where you can enjoy a cozy dinner in our inviting and well lighted dinning space. The ambiance and service are of the highest caliber, while the food reflects the wine selections that we have in house.

A testament to the successful launching of the first location is the two women who comes for lunch every day since we opened for business in December of 2011. “AFCC is the best restaurant in Greensboro…period,” said the younger of the two women who doubles as a UNCG professor and a photographer for one of the local newspaper in town.

AFCC offers a wide range of African and Caribbean dishes such as Jollof and White Rice, Akara, Moi-Moi, steamed cabbage, Seafood Gumbo, Fufu, pounded yam topped with your choice of vegetable, Egusi, Okra, and ogbono soup.

Our second location is still on scheduled to open up for business between the end of February and early March: Address of the second sister restaurant located at 1600 Philips Avenue here in Greensboro, – when you go towards Summit, across the street from channel 3 TV station offers more American foods and catered towards the East Side residents.
